That is pretty awsome. There are some very powerful people on that site. I see Joan Ganz Cooney. I worked for her at Sesame Street. Its interesting how its women of many generations. I'm sure many of them have assistants posting but does that really matter? Its not like Leo Laporte is replying to your email when you mail him....

I think women are much more open to inter-generational collaboration than men. Somehow, we get all "alpha" about those situations. Good point about Leo! Thanks.
